What this website collects
This site does not use advertising trackers and does not set analytics cookies. If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter (name, email, company, time slot) under its own privacy policy, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details to answer you.
Business outreach
As part of our market entry services, we contact professionals at companies that may be interested in selling in France, by email, phone or LinkedIn, using business contact details obtained from public professional sources and data providers. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in proposing our services to businesses (GDPR article 6.1.f) and in compliance with applicable rules on commercial email. We only process professional details: name, job title, company, professional email, LinkedIn profile, and notes about our exchanges. You can object at any time by replying "stop" to any message or by writing to enzo.vidiella83@gmail.com; we then stop contacting you and keep only what is needed to honour that request.
Tools we use
HubSpot (CRM), Google Workspace (email and calendar), Calendly (booking), and email sending tools. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data processing terms; some of them are located in the United States and rely on standard contractual clauses or the EU US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
Prospect data is kept for at most three years after our last exchange, client data for the duration of the engagement plus the legal retention periods applicable to invoices (ten years in France).
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to enzo.vidiella83@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
